Cleaning process in hotel cleaning

• We provide daily the required cleaning staff, cleaning supplies, as well as machines and equipment.

• If required we also provide lead worker to supervise the cleaning staff.

• The staff has no fixed working times.

• In case of illness or absence of a staff member you receive a substitute immediately so that a proper cleaning service is ensured. 

• Furthermore we use state-of-the-art cleaning machines and latest care products available for cleaning your house. All our cleaning equipments have an UBA number and are certified by the Office for Environment.

• Our cleaning supplies are bio-degradable by above 95 %.

• Our cleaning process is carried out in a rational, efficient and gentle manner.

• Our cleaning process contains a professional cleaning and care of floors, furniture and glazing due the frequency documented in the service specifications.

Our Staff
 

All our employees meet all required working and social security regulations. The cleaners are equipped with our company-own identity cards, name tags and overalls. Our staff attends product trainings and hazardous substance instructions in regular intervals.
